Never Never by Colleen Hoover and Tarryn Fisher - Book Review Bay
#1 New York Times bestselling author of Hopeless joins forces with the New York Times bestselling author of Mud Vein. Together, they have created a gripping, romantic tale unlike any other.

"How odd to be made of flesh, balanced on bone, and filled with a soul you've never met."

Charlize Wynwood and Silas Nash have been best friends since they could walk. They've been in love since the age of fourteen.

But as of this morning...they are complete strangers.
Their first kiss, their first fight, the moment they fell in love...every memory has vanished.

"I don't care what our real first kiss was," he says. "That's the one I want to remember."

Charlize and Silas must work together to uncover the truth about what happened to them and why. But the more they learn about the couple they used to be...the more they question why they were ever together to begin with.

"I want to remember what it feels like to love someone like that. And not just anyone. I want to know what it feels like to love Charlie."

Never Never: A Novella Series, Part One.

“Before, when I looked at her, she was just the girl who as experiencing this weird phenomenon with me. Now when I look at her, she's the girl I've apparently made love to for a while. The girl I apparently still love. I just wish I could remember what it's supposed to feel like.”

Never Never is part one in a novella series (short story) about two 17 year olds who basically forget everything. Who they are, where they are... forget family, friends... everything... They figure out that the two of them were in a relationship, they stick together since both of them feel connected to each other purely because they both face the same challenges of discovering what happened.
Never Never by Colleen Hoover and Tarryn Fisher - Book Review Bay
What I enjoyed about this book was that it felt new. I didn't get any sense of 'read this before'. It was an entirely new experience for me. I was mesmerized from start to finish. Completely hooked.

I'm not an experienced reader of any of Tarryn Fisher's works. But I've been a Colleen Hoover fan for some time now so honestly, that was what got me interested in picking this one up. I can now say that I'm impressed even more... I'll more likely be inclined to read other works by Tarryn Fisher in the future.

What I can say that I didn't love about this book... and the reason I've dropped half a star is that I consider it priced incorrectly. The price is usually why I don't normally pick up duo reads. Both authors need to get something out of it and so naturally the price get's raised. I wont say that this book isn't worth the money -  it is...if it was a full book or maybe a longer book with more juice... it's really well written, brilliantly thought out and flows so well it's like silk to your eyes... but for the amount of book I got for the price? I think I was kind of done in there a bit. A 140 page novella for $2.99 is a little steep for me.

Another reason for the half star drop is because I didn't like where the book ended. Just when somethings started to fall into place which also happened to be the very first piece of excitement to occur in the entire novella - it ended. I feel as if the lead-up to getting into it all was a waste since it ended almost immediately after I started catching onto it. Now we will have to wait until May to find out more and I feel that considering the length of this book... it felt more like a teaser chapter rather than a book and again this brings me back to the cost thereof.

Overall this was a great book. The little we get from start to finish isn't enough to make you feel as if you've accomplished anything. This is easily a two hour read - but it's definitely intoxicating to read it... I guess one could say enough to make us pay again in May to get the other half of it.
