I'm finally home after struggling through my brother's illness and death. But, home is definitely a bit different. My best friend (the only person alive now that knows my secret) has a new boyfriend; and he has a friend. Shane Maxton: bad boy, tattooed rock god, eye candy extraordinaire. He is also New York City's most arrogant, self-serving, son of a, well, a definite one-night stand kind of a guy.

But, it doesn't matter to me because I've spent my existence looking for the love of my life, my angel. And, there is nothing that Shane Maxton can do to change that.

Get FALL FROM GRACE (Paperback)

“Please, Grace, whatever it is you're going after, please try to find it here with me. I will try my best to be the man that you need me to be.”

I'm going to try and write this review without getting to upset. It's going to be hard, but I don't really want to get to sensitive over here.

Ok... People I loved the book! I was hooked until the end. The only problem is it's kind of a short book, so it doesn't take long to get through it. ~ That's my first complaint!

My second complaint ~ It should be against the law to end a book the way this one did... especially since we have no clue as to when the second book will be released and that's a problem for me.

Ok enough complaining, let me tell you my other thoughts on this book.

1. I loved it!
2. I loved Grace!
3. I loved Shane!
4. I loved the story!
5. I loved the plot!

What I didn't get was that Grace questioned every guy she met. She questioned every kiss and every touch... wondering if he was the one... She never felt any connection with the guys... but she still wondered.

BUT for some reason she never stopped to wonder if the one person who gave her all the feelings she needed, the touched that burnt her skin, the feelings that ate at her soul... she never wondered if he was the one and that didn't make sense for me.

She had been searching so long for her one and I don't get how, when she admits she would know when he arrived... she doesn't realise Shane is what's she's been searching for since the beginning of time.

But she isn't the only one to blame. Shane feelings for her are so beautiful, so deep... but for some reason the penny doesn't drop for him either. There is nothrow caution to the wind and just take me moments and I wished that there could have been one in this book, just so that I could at least think back to that when I got to the disappointing ending.

This is definitely a 1 day read because it's a short book, but not only that... you aren't going to want to put it down... not even for a second. It's beautifully written (praise to Christine Zolendz) for creating a wonderful literary experience and sharing it with all of us.

I wanted to put this in the review because I saw this before I read the book and it made me swoon even more when I read about Shane. Here is what some readers are portraying Shane to look like... #bookboyfriend for sure.

I really hope that Christine Zolendz understands what's she's done to us and that she make's it all work out for the best in the second book. I need her to make my life complete by doing so. PLEASE!

If you loved Beautiful Disaster, Thoughtless, Effortless, The Premonition Series, The Existence Trilogy... then you are going to freak over this book. It was also refreshing to read something where the guy isn't the paranormal character for once (at least you don't know it until the end) and I liked how the book only touched on the topic of paranormal but still keeping it relevant all the same. It was more real life than paranormal and I really enjoyed that.

Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Christine Zolendz for introducing us to Grace & Shane and please hurry with the second book. (Quickly)
